Other Roles at Doncaster YMCA
If you follow the links from the Volunteering menu, you’ll also see that we have other opportunities available, including administration, one-to-one roles and group leadership volunteering. We welcome applications from anyone with the skills and experiences we’re looking for.
Fundraising
We run an annual sponsored sleep out, Sleep Easy. Details of this are available from the “Support Us” menu, and we’d be delighted if you’d like to take part.
Supported Volunteering
We’ve previously been able to offer supported volunteering roles for people who had little or no work experience and wanted to improve their employability and skills. Unfortunately, we no longer have funding to support that work and we’re currently unable to offer support in this way.
YMCA Charity Shop
The charity shop in Wood Street is run separately to Doncaster YMCA. They’re always keen to hear from people who have time to spare and would be willing to volunteer in the shop. Please call 01302 215132 and ask for Claire.
